In a joint collaboration with SATS Learning & Development, the Company organized the first phase of Customer Service training for its senior staff from 10-13 October. This is first of the many upcoming initiatives by Management to promote its core value, Customer Focus. The training program was a huge success, and the Company will continue to spread the awareness of customer servicing to all staff.
