Oman SATS implemented e-DO (Electronic Delivery Order) on Nov-2020 for all Import shipments which is delivered in MCT.

With the implementation of e-DO, the customer has to simply sign on the digital signature pad. The whole process was digitized.

1. The digital signed e-DO is emailed to the customer.
2. Printing of paper is eliminated.
3. There is no need of manual filing and retrieval process.
