General Terms : This mobile application software (“App”) is made available by Oman SATS LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman (Commercial Registration No.1240745) / (Tax No.1011167), and whose principal address is at P.O. Box 618, P.C 111, Al – Seeb Muscat (“Our”, “We”, “Us”, “Oman SATS LLC”). We grant a license to You, the user (“You”, “Your”), to use the App in accordance with Terms of Use (“Agreement”, “Terms”), subject to any rules or policies applied by the Google Android application store for Android users, and the Apple Store for Apple users. You downloaded the relevant App Store rules (“App Store”). Oman SATS LLC does not sell the app to you, and retains all ownership of the App at all times. This App requires a device with a minimum requirement of Android version 5 and above, 5+inch display, and touch screen interface, internet connectivity via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Notice : Installation of the App from the App Store shall be construed as acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately discontinue use of and uninstall the App.

License to Use. Oman SATS LLC grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-shareable, revocable, non-sub licensable limited license to download, and use, including all media associated with the App solely for personal non-commercial use in accordance with the Terms.

License Restrictions. You may not redistribute, sell, recompile, and reverse-engineer, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the App or attempt to do any such thing.

Intellectual Property Rights : This App is owned and operated by Oman SATS LLC. You may not republish, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from this App without the prior written permission of Oman SATS LLC. Media on this App are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without the written permission of their relevant owners. Modification of any of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose will be a violation of Oman SATS LLC’s copyright and other intellectual property rights and the copyright and intellectual property rights of the respective owners. Oman SATS LLC does not transfer title of the App whenever You download the App, the App, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the App, and data accompanying the software. You own the medium on which the App is installed, but Oman SATS LLC retains full and complete title to the App, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, recompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise deal with the App.

Termination : If you breach the Terms, We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to terminate your right to access or use the App. We are not responsible for harm, loss or damage related to your inability to access or use the App based on termination.

Modification to App, Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy :Oman SATS LLC may change any part of this application at any time at its sole discretion without notice. Oman SATS LLC reserves the right to periodically change the Terms of Use and Privacy.

Policy and Cookie Policy : Your continued use of the application shall constitute acceptance of such changes. In the event that a change to the Terms of Use materially affects your rights or obligation, Oman SATS LLC will notify you by email If You do not agree to the modified Terms of Use, You must stop accessing and using the App. Oman SATS LLC may deny access to this application to anyone at any time.

No Warranty/ Liability : We shall not be responsible for and disclaim all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by You or any third party (including Your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to Your access and use of the App, any information contained on the App, Your or Your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over Our system. In particular, neither We or any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to You or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

Governing Law : These Terms are governed by the law of the Sultanate of Oman and you agree the courts of the Sultanate of Oman will have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.

Payment : Oman SATS LLC operates Pre-Deposit account facility.
